Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel,
please notify us 24 hours in advance to
avoid being charged the full service fee.
This allows us to offer these appointments
to other guests.
Late Arrival. We ask that you arrive
10 minutes prior to your appointment. But
under those unusual circumstances, arriving
late will limit the time allotted for your
service. If more than 15 minutes late,we may
need to reschedule.
Payment. We accept cash, checks and the
following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and
Discover. Ohio sales tax will be added to the
appropriate services upon paying. Gratuity
is not included in the service pricing with the
exception of larger parties in which case 20%
will automatically be added.
Product Returns. All unopened product
returned within 30 days of purchase will
be exchanged for store credit. Opened
products, excluding makeup, will be
exchanged for store credit if returned within
2 weeks. Open makeup cannot be returned. |

Service Guarantee. Valenti Salon & Spa is
committed to providing the highest-quality
salon experience. We proudly stand behind
our work and offer the following guarantee
on all services. If for any reason we do not
fulfill your expectations, contact the salon
within 2 weeks and we will redo the service
to meet your expectations.
Children Policy. We ask that all children be
accompanied by an adult and in the salon
only when receiving a service as other guests
prefer to relax during their salon experiences.
Group or Party. We require all groups/parties
to be held with a credit card and 50% deposit.
For parties of 3 or more,we require 48 hours
notification of cancellation. Failure to
cancel within 48 hours will result in forfeiture
of deposit.
